Homogenized Energy Model (90^o Switching)

This code uses the homogenized energy strain model (90^o switching) to perform parameter estimation. The main file is main_opt.m. The program uses Dr. Alex York's experimental data: zero pre-stress or 10.6 MPa pre-stress. The program has three options (which can be changed by setting opt.runflag in opt_input.m): 0=run optimization, 1=run forward simulation with initial parameters and plot, 2=plot all results using optimized parameters.

HEM Tool

HEM Tool is an object oriented implementation of the homogenized energy model. The struct hemtool contains both forward and inverse implementations of the 180^o and 90^o models. The README has more information and four examples are included.
