Dr. Stefan Seelecke and Dr. Alex York collected this data on a Model P-802.00 actuator made by Physik Instrumente. The actuator is not pre-stressed.

Dr. Stefan Seelecke and Dr. Alex York collected this data on a Model AE0505D08 actuator made by NEC/Tokin. The actuator is pre-stressed to 10.6 MPa (compression) with a spring.
